Wow crazy life. Been doing different things coming up with ideas for work doing some, waiting for reasons to do others. This week I have two pieces in two separate shows. One is for a charity so was a donation, but it does have a bid on it right now. The other was juried and opens on Friday. Catharsis is in Instruments of Healing at NYFO on 21st St in Norfolk and Reconstructing Nature will be in Renewal at the Warehouse on Olney St in Norfolk.

I have an idea for a call to artists from the city of Norfolk looking to fill the windows of vacant buildings along one main road. I need to gather enough materials to make it work. It would be a installation piece and would need to fill the window of a store front. Not giving away anything about it in case someone wants to steal my idea but it will involve a lot of keys. Going to check with lock smiths and hardware stores for reject keys...

One bad thing that has happened lately is I had an eye infection last week and now I have no vision for distances. I used to have perfect, no better than 20/20, now I can't see much past the length of my arm. Driving is scary but got to do it to work. Today was first day back, didn't require too much sight so managed to not let on to person I work for that I have lost half my sight...
